    其实,做梦是人在睡眠过程中产生的一种正常心理现象。一般情况下,人在睡眠时大脑神经细胞都处于抑制状态,这个抑制过程有时比较完全,有时不够完全。如果没有完全处于抑制状态,大脑皮层还有少数区域的神经细胞处于兴奋,人就会出现梦境。由于少数细胞的活动失去了觉醒状态时的整个大脑皮层的控制和调节,记忆中某些片断不受约束地活跃起来,可能就表现出与正常心理活动不同的千奇百怪的梦。此时,与语言和运动有关的神经细胞倘若也处于兴奋状态,那就不光会出现梦境,还会说梦话或发生梦游的现象。
    那么怎样才能减少噩梦呢?
    要减少不良的刺激。平时应多看一些健康有益、轻松愉快的影视录像或小说,少看或尽量不看易形成噩梦情景的影片或小说,避免不良的刺激在记忆中储存。睡眠前最好不要过度用脑,以免大脑皮层过度兴奋而引起梦境。(zpc12bc解梦)
