无论学习哪门语言，口语是最难的一部分。

其实之前我有写过关于怎么练习口语的文章，大家可以在我的主页翻看。

毕竟那篇文章是我之前写的。过了一段时间，我对于英语口语学习也有了不同的了解。

英语语音的重要性不言而喻。

语音涉及很多方面。最重要的是发音和语调以及重音，弱读，连读等等。这些都是英语口语的根基。

当你有一口漂亮的发音时，你就会更有自信开口说英语，进步也会更加明显；反之，如果你的发音很差，大家都觉得不好听，你的自信心也会受挫，学习英语的路上也会更加艰难。

所以，如果你想系统全面地提高自己的英语口语的话，请记住，语音永远是第一步。

关于英语语音怎么学。在这里我不可能讲的很详细，毕竟我不是老师，不是专家。但我可以给你提供一些资源，你们可以自己对着视频学习。

口语口语，说白了就是张开你的口，把你想说的话用英语表达出来。

如果你说你很想练习好口语，但你总是待在图书馆看口语书而不开口，这有何意义？

口语虽难在短期内有突破。但如果你勤加练习，会在短期内找到说英语的感觉，并会越来越熟悉英语，有了这个铺垫之后，慢慢地，你就会开始有突破。

拿我做例子。大一上口语课的时候，老师每提一个问题，她就会冷不丁地把话筒递在你眼前让你回答。那时候的我真的是被赶鸭子上架，被迫开口，为了平时分，为了期末成绩，在课堂上开口是必须的。但那个时候我的口语不流利，有时会因为一个词卡住，有时不知道该怎么表达自己想说的，要不然就是觉得自己发音不够好而不够自信。

但是，正是因为我们口语老师的突击，我发誓我要把自己的口语练好。

于是我每天都会自己一个人到一个安静的地方自己一个人自言自语，说今天发生了什么事，老师问过我们什么问题，我的观点是什么，我是怎么回答的等等。

如果你觉得自己实在是没话说，那就建议你上网搜一下presentation的话题。然后每天随机抽一个话题，让自己在规定的时间内（最好是三分钟）完成这次speech。

相信我，要是你长期这样做下去，你会发现自己在以后会有大大的不同。

至少现在我觉得自己在班里是与众不同的。每当老师提问问题时，我可以在30秒内或一分钟内组织好我们的思路和语言，从容地回答老师的问题。而我们班极少数人能做到。

要知道，presentation是每个英专学生必须具备的技能，其他专业的学生也不例外，只不过他们说的是中文。前段时间一位师姐和我们分享她在公司实习的经验时，反复和我们强调presentation的重要性。如果以后你们在外企工作，少不了在会议上向你的上司和同事汇报工作，这时，你的presentation就发挥作用了。

所以，要想练习好口语，从现在开始就开口吧。

在这里我想向大家安利一本书。这本书是陈昆才老师的著作。里面涵盖了大量实用和多样的英语表达。内容多是与我们的生活息息相关。所以，如果你觉得自己在练习口语无话可说的时候，你可以参考这本书，相信会给你一些启发。这本书还有一个优点就是里面的句子标有重音，相当于它随时提醒你要注意语调。但缺点就是这本书没有音频。所以这本书比较适合有一定基础的但对自己的英语表达欠缺变化的同学学习。

英语句型，说白了就是一个套路。就像那些“专四写作黄金模板”一样，它给你一些固定的句型，只要你 变换一下里面的关键词就可以表达另一种意思 。这也是我们中国学生欠缺的能力。我们在学习的时候不够灵活，只知道按照固有的模式来解决一道问题，殊不知换个数字，换种问法也可以用此种方法去解决该问题。

举一反三，善用句型，这也是练习英语口语的一大方法

当你决定要提高自己的英语口语时，记得要同时进行听力训练。有句话我们老师反复强调，“如果你的听力不错的话，你的口语也不会差到哪里去”。

为什么？当你能听懂外国人说什么的时候，你会记住他们所说的话，将此运用大自己的口语表达中，这无形中就润色了你的口语表达，让你的表达更地道一点。

如果你的听力不错，说明你的语音也还不错。

因为在听的过程中，你会被他们的口音，发音所影响，你会有意识地纠正自己的发音并模仿他们的说话方式，这无疑也是在提高你的语音。

一句话，听说不分家。所以如果你想提高你的口语，请记得， 每天坚持一定量的听力输入，而且是有意识的英语输入。

你要想做到流利地说英语，那你的脑子里必定要有大量的知识储备。那就是知识输入。输入从哪来？ 看视频，看书，听音频，上课。

这四个输入途径是最实际有效的。

听VOA，关注最新热点时事，还能将学习到的事例放到写作中作为自己的论据，一举两得的事。而且VOA的播音员的发音是毋庸置疑的了，还可以跟着念，纠正自己的发音。

听多了，我们自然而然就会悟出了点东西。我们就可以将我们听到的事情用自己的话来复述一遍，加深印象。

看视频，还是上面说的，看真人秀，看访谈类的视频还有那么外国博主的视频。看书，就不用说了。

但我建议的是我们先看外国小孩子看的书，比如说《Dr. Seuss》，这本书一般来说词汇量为500的人都可以看懂。关于上课。一般在大学，英语专业的授课方式接近于全英，在听课的时候记得要准备一本课堂笔记本，专门记录老师在课堂上所说的一些话，这些话你可能听懂了，但让你自己表达的时候你未必能表达得那么地道。

所以记得，要紧跟老师的节奏，记录下你认为有价值的句子表达。

输入也是一个不断纠错的过程。 在你输入的过程中，你会发现自己原来说的很多英语是中式英语，而当你在不断输入的时候，你就可以不断地纠正你的中式英语表达，向正道出发。

这是我目前关于练英语口语的一些见解。不是万能的，却是我亲身实践的。
